[What's okay to mention around him/her] He doesn't like talking to people, so don't expect, no matter what you say. Unless you piss him off. Pretty much any topic of conversation isn't going to be too bad, unless you're just being a blatant ass.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] His brain is practically a superpower. If he does deign to engage you in conversation, you'd better be ready for a mental marathon. Also, his ethics are kind of...skewed. He's a pretty plain-looking kid - the sort that fades into the background.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Pfffft. Um. If he bothers/remembers to strike or filter something, that's gonna be harder to get into than Fort Knox. However, he's a bit of the absent-minded type, so there's a good chance it'll just be out there.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] You can try. He will more than likely troll/mindscrew/mess with you right back. And quite possibly win.

However, he is also ovary-meltingly adorable. So go for it. (You might gain a stalker. But. He's totally cute.)
