You see... this is EXACTLY why I had her sign disclaimer forms. What, she hurt her wrist or something? Because I told her to stop but she has the energy of freaking hummingbird and when gets her mind on something, she's gotta finish the job.

Absolutely! I mean what happened with those two chicks the last time... a man's gotta be careful you know. Standard disclaimer forms and one that said she wouldn't go whine to you about getting hurt, for all the good that did.

For the record, I warned your sister, a dozen times that she could get hurt. But no... she just kept asking for it. What the hell was I supposed to do?

Christ, it's not like I'm even charging her yet. She was still good for a few more free sessions before the fees kicked in.

I told you, she BEGGED for it. It was like non-stop asking for it. I laid out all the conditions for her multiple times and she still wanted it. So either I said yes or she would have been on my back for the next month instead.

Simple stuff. The standard one she signed said that in the event of an accident, I would hold no financial obligation to any medical treatment or home care or any thing like that. In other words, I don't owe her a damn penny for something stupid she does.

The other one specifically said she was not allowed to have you get on my case when something goes wrong because honestly... this alone has been migraine inducing and nothing bad happened.
