I have heard this song sung several times before.
But today, I was testing my new Klipsch earphones,
With the usual DJ remixes for my gym workout. I then switched to
Adele's 19 on my iPod, and then I listened to Make You Feel My Love once again.
I am sure you have also felt this way before. That awestruck feeling.
When the world dissolves - leaving just the melody, the lyrics,
The singing, and you. Magic happens when a song is made
Beautiful by the music, and then given a soul, by the lyrics,
And the delivery by the singer completes the equation.
I then teared a little - I think I was definitely moved.
So when the evening shadows and the stars appear
And there is no one there to dry our tears.
Let us hold each other for a million years.
