:: When The Picture Sees No More ::
There are always intense moments
Moments that hold more than what moments can bear
When one cannot execute the tasks faster
Than the tasks do appear.
The building blocks then collapse,
Not piece by piece, but in a dramatic
Burst of disarray, leaving one sitting, agape
Amongst the broken pieces.
Yet one is free, again, to pick up, and rearrange,
The pieces.
There are always memorable photos
Pictures that remember more than what the memories can recall
Gently prodding the heart, not the head
To regurgitate the emotions of
A forgotten instance
Swallowed and digested by time.
But when the picture sees no more
One does not return
To before.
There is no
More.
