Tipping?

Do you guys tip? I have stopped tipping recently. I thought to myself, that I shouldn't feel obligated to give away my money. It is there job to wait on us and they shouldn't expect tips, because only I can dictate where my money goes, to a certain extent at least. Maybe I am just a dick but that is my take on tipping. But anyways do you guys tip and what is your view on it?

edit: Okay you guys convinced me to tip. To be honest I've only not tipped about 3 times in my life. But I will start tipping again.
