A Bit of Humor
So, so many of our discussions seem to revolve around the doom and gloom of being INTJ (pardon the hyperbole), that I had to share. I've recently begun hanging out with a group of dancers that I had met briefly when I first moved to the city I now live in. I took about a year hiatus for life but have been coming back for the dancing and the people. I was sitting with two of my acquaintances tonight when out of the blue one of them looked at me and asked:
Acquaintance 1: "Are you familiar with the Meyers-Briggs personality test?"
Me: "Yeah, why?"
Acquaintance 1: "I bet I can guess what type you are."
Me: "Really? Ok, go ahead."
Acquaintance 1: "INTJ."
Me: "Wow, you're totally right."
Acquaintance 1: "I knew it!"
Acquaintance 2: "Seriously? INTJ?!"
Acquaintance 1: "I KNOW- she's really good with people."
Me: "I fake it ok."
Acquaintance 2: "But you like... talk to us and stuff."
Acquaintance 1: "Really good with people."
Acquaintance 2: "Yeah, I totally would have guessed that if she didn't like make eye contact and interact and stuff."
Love to see our Type has such a good rep out in the world. LOL
