[Pauses, hands to the skies, ready to call down another.]

I am indulging myself, can't I do that now and then?

But summoning thunder / lightning randomly while people could be walking the streets is just. [He sighs a little, remember Ichika this guy is crazy]

Please be careful and not hit anyone...

They should watch where they are walking.

It's not my fault if I call lightning, to the exact spot they are standing, if they are not smart enough to step aside faster than the speed of lightning.

No one can move that fast though.

Why not practice in the backyard? No one can get hurt that way.

But there are bugs and flying vermin in the front yard.

When everything that moves is dead I'll think about it.

Also, get me rat poison! Enough to kill a small child.

You know, for all the rats we have.

I haven't seen any rats around here, and you don't need that much to kill a rat.

[Dear god is he really planning to kill a small child? quick someone call the police on him..]

They only come out late at night. They are huge. You might want to get enough to kill the entire boyscout troop.

Just to be sure.

I'll see if they have some at the store, though they might not carry enough to do something like that. [He sighs again]

Why don't you do the shopping later that way you can get everything you need....

That's probably a good idea. I'll bring the wheelbarrow.

Can you rinse out the dried blood for me?

D-dried blood!?

No, I'm not going to help you, I can't be a part of you hurting helpless people.

They're already dead, I said the blood was dry.
