Nanowrimo is just around the corner! I'm not sure if I'm ready to try it yet, but that has more to do with money and work needs. I'd really love to try writing 50K! And that's only just a little more than the big bang ended up being.

true! i'm actually considering writing the 50k at my own pace (I don't think I'd have the time to do it all in a month either) and write a sequel to Measure of a Man. if you're still interested in trying to write 50k too, i'd definitely be willing to beta for you! and cheer you on, of course. :D and i'd honestly love to continue working with you too!
