Hail, Hail to Old Purdue!
i am here, 12 hours from home in 90 degree weather with no air conditioning, 2 miles from campus with no car, far away from familiarity, AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! i am having the time of my life. i was so scared and nervous before i came but now that i am here i am so happy. Purdue was the right choice for me.
the girls i have met here are amazing. they are so fun and so far we get along extremely well. my roommate is wonderful. i could not have been randomly assigned a better one. everyone is from all parts of the country and it is so fun to be put together to see our differences and similarities. i learn something new everyday.
i miss friends, family, and home, yet i am glad that i am here. i would rather be here than in a state school. as of right now this was definitely the best decision for me!
