(no subject)
I don't update very much. Anyway, I got my tongue pierced last friday. The piercing itself wasn't too bad but the following 3-4 days have been way worse-not being able to talk or eat! I just hope I can eat and talk normal by this friday so I can avoid telling my mom, she wouldn't definately flip out.
I have also been working out lately with Lisa at the REC, running and using some of the machines. Most of the time I feel pretty good afterward, but tonight I just want to curl up and sleep. I think its probably because I haven't really eaten lately because of the piercing. I've also been working on my eating habits down here though anyway. For the whole first semester Probably everyday, whether it was for lunch or dinner, I found myself eating like a hamburger or chickenburger and fries. So this semester I have only had like 1 since I've been down here, otherwise I have just been eating salad and soup. Hopefully I can get in to shape pretty quickly now, or at least better shape then I was in last semester.
I am pretty bummed out lately though. Basically I am a huge loser I figured out. I left Alpena to meet people and make more friends and have fun. And I just find myself down here either hanging out with Sean or sitting in my room by myself watching TV and going to bed early. It sucks, I learned i'm not very good at making friends at all. Plus I'm a pretty picky person actually. Well I mean I like all different kinds of people, and usually I pretty much like everyone I meet. But I mean picky like I judge people too quickly... and I think that is what really keeps me from making friends down here. I don't nessacarily mean to though obviously. Basically I am definately not anywhere near as social down here as I was in a-town. I am a huge loser, either I am tagging along with Sean and his friends, or Lisa and her friends. I don't have any of my own. Oh well. I guess I should look at it, as I am down here to study not to be social right?
Anyway, I downloaded Napster, we get it FREE through EMU. Its pretty sweet. You get songs pretty much in like 2 seconds or less, literally. I haven't investigated too thoroughy in it yet, but I heard you couldn't burn CDs off of it though. So that might suck, but oh well, its still cool.
So... I'm sure I probably won't update for like another month.. so take your time reading this one ya'll.
