Okay so I've seen all kinds of weird symbols now that people keep using and it's kind of bugging me.

Those aren't letters! What the heck are they?

z2: lucy (selphie), !c3: bridge // brooklyn, less than perfect handwriting, z: fullmetal (alphonse), ! edensphere - journal entry, new forms of crazy, modern is relative, z: kanin (toki), z2: alexi (skwisgaar), z: hybrid (max ride), z: fallen (crowley)

The first and third ones are smiley faces. ^_^ The second is a face with the tongue sticking out.

Look at the first two sideways; that might help you visualize it.
