Here's a tip for all you new kids - don't ever leave your journal behind. Ever ever. Or you may get lost in the Wilderness alone for 3 weeks (or more!) with no way to ask for help and no way out

You must be one of the new kids. Figured I might've missed a few Welcome's.

There was always a way out, but if you're alone in the Wilderness you can't find it for some reason I've never figured out. It's why the Adventurers always go there out in pairs, if they're on duty.

I'm sure "child" doesn't apply to me in any sense, but yes, I am a recent arrival. My name, at least the one I chose, is Amber.

Eh, it's what I call all the recent arrivals. Some of 'em act like kids for awhile until they wise up. [Also not voice of experience. *cough*]

A few weeks. I have started work at the Farm, but there are new surprises every day. In a way, I find it invigorating.

Well when you 'hatch' and the anniversary is a 'cocoonday,' best I could come up with was new kid, really.

I know plenty of the farmers - good people. Three weeks, though - by now you should've had plenty of surprises, huh?
