Picspam: Supernatural: Faith: The Final Motel Scene picspam for picspammy

This is for the Scenes and Sequences challenge at picspammy. It's the first one I’ve actually been motivated to get up off my butt and do something for.

It's no secret to anyone who knows me well that the Supernatural season one episode 'Faith' is my favorite episode in the history of the series. Julie Benz gives such an amazing performance as Layla, and this scene, the final scene of the episode, was one of the most well-acted pieces of television I have ever seen. She and Jensen have such amazing chemistry together, and it shines through in this scene most of all (even though the whole episode is amazing).

It should also be noted, for fans of the show, that I believe 'Faith' deserves a second viewing, given the themes of the fourth season. I think it's a lot more relevant and meaningful and episode in terms of where the canon is going than even I thought it was.

"Hey. How’d you know we were here?"
"Um, Sam called. He said you wanted to say goodbye."

"It must be rough. To believe in something so much,
and have it disappoint you like that."
"You wanna hear something weird?"
"Hm?"
"I’m okay. Really."

"I guess, if you're gonna have faith, you can’t just have
it when the miracles happen. You have to have it
when they don’t."

"So, what now?"
"God works in mysterious ways. Goodbye, Dean."

"Hey. Uh, you know, I’m not much of the prayin’ type. But I’m gonna pray for you."
"Well. There’s a miracle right there."
