If I have learned anything from my daily routine, daily brawls and daily trials, its that I can't depend on anyone else for my own happiness. I can't be so selfish to think that someone else is responsible to put a smile on my face. Sure, I can pretend and say, 'you're the one to make me happy.' But really its not you, or someone else, its me. I allow it. I have the last word. We go on thinking that the friends around us are our revelations, our revolutions.. but its us. Ourselves.
Life has no opposite. I don't know why people say 'life and death' because the opposite of death is birth. Life has no opposite. Life is something to appreciate and just to live. No matter who you are, what your scars are, or what comes tomorrow, just believe in something. Let that belief be what keeps you warm at night. What makes you smile. A belief in god, a future, friends, love..it makes no difference just believe and let that be the person you are and forever will be.
