I meant to post this sooner. I was at the library last night helping to put some finishing touches on this display. When we agreed that black backdrops would enhance the look of things, I ran home and grabbed every black bedsheet, tablecloth and towel I could find (luckily, my interior design aesthetic owes more to Johnny Cash than Laura Ashley). Anyway, a lot of work went into this and it's definitely worth a look.

You are invited to the opening reception of the "Visions of Park Street" Photography Exhibit showcasing the wonderful work of our very own Juan Fuentes and images from the Hartford History Collection of the Hartford Public Library.

June 7, 2008 1:00-5:00 pm at the Park Branch, 744 Park Street.
