I hate getting yelled at by angry customers. It happens a lot more often than you'd think.

We fix things. You bring your broken electronics in, we fix them. And hook up computer systems, home theater systems, networks, that sort of thing.

... yeah. That's why I've perfected my glazed over look for when I have to deal with them.

I do the same thing. It's dumb, it's like as soon as you put on a uniform you become a lesser person to them. Although my case is kind of a special one.

I come from a small town where everyone knows everyone and they all think I'm crazy or retarded.

I'm from Los Angeles, where most everyone actually is crazy or have smoked themselves retarded. I wouldn't say it's a bad thing.

You must've never been to the south. I mean, everyone is just as crazy but they like to pretend they're all perfectly normal model citizens.
