After her trip to the garage with Rachel, Helena still has a lot of pent up tension, so she's taken to the grounds of Milliways for another run, tromping through the snow in not much more than sweats and a hoodie and sneakers.
For this stage of her recovery she's pushing herself far too hard through the snow and the cold air.
Renee isn't the only one who can be self-destructive...
She stills the punching bag against her upper arm and shoulder as she watches Helena approach, watching her levels of disapproval rise up with concern.
This is what it must be like to be Tot.
As Helena approaches the inlet (because Renee's sure as Hell not leaving the place dressed like this), she calls out; "Hey!"
Renee picks up her towel to wipe sweat off her face while waiting for Helena to come over. As she draws near, she's greeted with an expression that's part pleased to see her and part disapproving of what she's doing.

It's funny how Renee is both the person Helena wants to see least and the one she wants to see the most at the same time.
"Hey," she calls back, voice hoarse as she makes her way towards the inlet.
Why not? even if Renee is going to yell at her it looks warmer there then it is here.
