Auld Lang Syne always made me cry even though I can't spell it and don't know what it means.
New Years Resolutions-
1. Get into the top ten for the French Symposium
2. Start getting in shape for Menogyn (otherwise it will be three weeks of hell)
3. STUDY HARDER
4. Start actually living (This is a Resolution every year, hopefully this one it will actually work)
5. Be more patient with my little sister
6. Stop pretending. Maybe.
Aaaand I'm booked for New Years Day as well. Not my decision this time. *Sigh*
I've decided I need to open a restaurant/coffee shop/juice bar type place after college, to combat restaurant chainery. Why? Because the world is being paved over by cloned places and soon all uniqueness will vanish. It shall be the anti-Starbucks.* There will be an open-mic night every night. We will have our own jazz band. I'm considering taking this idea seriously- I mean what's better than a coffee shop? Besides, journalists dont make much cash, nor do novelists, so I'll need something else for support. It shall be eclectic and colorful and original and... a cliché. But that's okay. It will be my cliché, and I will love it.
I don't want to go back to school!
*I actually like Starbucks, but there is no comparison to a real coffee shop.
