I have just been unloading boxes and shit. It is awesome for folks (co-workers) to be getting to know each other and talking about their REAL lives (going to college, being an airline pilot, teacher, whatever) and then turning to you and going "So Bob, what do YOU do?"
And then I go "I WORK HERE."
Then they just go "OH."
Also they started everyone out at base pay and said "Oh yeah, we aren't going to promote people to Team Lead until we see the quality of their work blah blah..." HOORAY.
