Why has work been awesome for the past three days?
Just when I was all good and hating it. I don't know what is going on, people. It's always stressful, but everything has just gone right. Our numbers are awesome, productivity is up, I'm leading the region in fucking EVERYTHING.
Maybe this is a sign.
I'm not a religious guy. I'm pretty spiritual (or I can be) but I'm not religious. Still, I think sometimes the universe or the world mind or whatever the fuck throws you a bone or a signal and you need to take heed.
You have to pay attention to what is going on around you and go with the flow.
I don't think I'm going to bail on this job just yet. Yeah, it sucks, but it's mine. Those people are mine.
I cannot abandon my men and women. This weekend was so busy and so many people just inspired me. I smiled so many times because people were just doing things RIGHT, and it was because I taught them well, or led them well.
Yeah I get depressed, but I have to sack up. Someday it will be time for me to move on.
That day just isn't today.
