Tactics, field first aid, how to "blow shit up," lots of things about guns... He can also hack into security systems and fix engines (and I assume the rest of the car, too). Oh, and he speaks/understands spoken Spanish. He can probably read it decently too, since they spent a lot of time in Central America or thereabouts.
