If it's true, Niko cannot know. Under no circumstances. I've hidden The Prophet from him and he's off on some job or other anyway so for now it's not a problem.
But it's not true. Is it?
I mean, I can credit Lucius leaping to Harry's rescue (always knew he had it in him), but I've seen no usual activity here and this is a very important region of His former support and power, in many ways. So if he were to return I would probably know first, I'm certain. (And I'll happily keep you informed -- it should help your position with the Aurors to have an "inside source.")
