I am remiss to have been out of contact for so long, it's just been terribly busy I'm sure you understand -- what with being an Auror and all that, ha ha. I'm sure you must have some fascinating stories by now, all that adventure and excitement.
And speaking of adventures... Niko and I just returned from vacation in Cairo. (I missed Bill by the way, but then again I don't think he knows Niko except for perhaps on other end of a wand -- and that would require entirely too much explanation. You know, he and I together, plus that whole ex-Death Eater problem.) At any rate, Niko was very impressed with my knowledge of the local customs (all right, he only laughed at me a little bit) and Cairo is such a different place when one isn't running after Fred and George every five minutes. We sampled a bit of the nightlife, which after living in a Lithuianian backwater is so very modern. You should sample their Entrancing charms if you're ever in the area. They're not legal in England of course, but well worth the time.
Niko picked up quite a few trinkets, though trust me I no longer do any of his shopping or carry his bags after that little customs problem in Italy. Moroccan Feral lion pelts - complete with Animation spells? What was he thinking?! I could've been arrested if I hadn't blamed it on a mix-up with the luggage and had diplomatic immunity (thank goodness).
Oh. It just occurred to me why he asked me to carry his bags.
Anyways, I miss you and Harry terribly and I hope you are well.
