Metal Gear tour comes to SF & Quiet Village this weekend
There's apparently a Metal Gear tour going around with a few dates in the states... SF is one of them:

I'm definitely planning to go and shake Kojima's hand. Holla if you're interested. Here's a taste of what it will be like...
Also, Quiet Village (aka Radio Slave) are playing at Kontrol on Saturday and the Elbo Room on Friday. The Quiet Village album has been one of my favs this year... although, I have no idea why they're playing at a techno night since the album is downtempo. I'm guessing they'll be doing the Radio Slave stuff which should be good as well. Here's the flyer for the Kontrol night.
