yes! this works very well! i think you have the right idea to have an older and more experienced ron. would've liked to know why things fell apart with hermione because i'm curious, but that doesn't take away from the story you DID write! pansy seems too perfect, but then, this is ron's POV, so forgiveable, especially given all that has happened up to this point. :) good job!

Honestly, I didn't give a lot of thought as to why things didn't work out with Hermione. I rather gloss over that point in most of my R/P stories. ;)

Thank for reading. Cheers!

I love this. First off, I love Pansy/Gryffindor relationships, and I particularly have a HUGE soft spot for Ron/Pansy. I love your take on Ron, and how he's still Ron, but grown up, and still has the same issues. I love the flashbacks, letting us see snippets of their past together, then the big important bit. And I loved Pansy, being feisty and strong and all that strength hiding a core that could be hurt so deeply (my kind of Pansy). This was wonderful and fun and made me go awwwww at the end. Kudos.

Beautiful writing, very natural and flowing. It took me a moment to pinpoint what I liked about it was the low-angst style. You express important moments, fears and insecurities, turning points in lives - with just the right words and no unnecessary dramatics. Great dialogue - lovely job!

Oh, gorgeous writing! Loved both of them here. It was also lovely to see Draco and Ron interact in their odd way ;)

Thank you!

(I do adore Draco and all his snark.)

Awwww. Ron/Pansy! and Ginny/Draco thrown in for bonus. And no Hermione with Ron! Great pairings all around. Bravo. Enjoyed their chemistry and seeing their relationship build over flashbacks. Really enjoyed it!

Thanks, Diane!

Of COURSE no Hermione with Ron! We can't have that.

I randomly found my way back here again... 9 months later. Still just as much fun the second time around. I miss your Pansy (with Ron). And you of course. Hope life is treating you well. *snugs*

Awww. I love when friends resurface.

And I totally saw your tempting prompts at interhouse fest yesterday! I don't really have time, but I think I have to!
