A Few Notices For Y'all's Consideration
Hola Interhousians! We have a few notes/clarifications for you all.
♥ We've had a bit of confusion concerning how you will know whether you have gotten one of the prompts you claimed on the spreadsheet. You will know when you receive a confirmation email that will include the details of the prompt you claimed (whether it be your 1st choice or not).
♥ Those confirmation emails are sent out at the end of the day, generally between 8pm and midnight EST. If you claimed a prompt after midnight EST then you will not receive an email until the next evening.
♥ If there's no email in your inbox by midnight (or a little after), please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please send us an LJ message or an email with your proper email address included, in case a typo happened somewhere along the line, and we'll send out another email!
♥ Also, when claiming a prompt, be sure to put down the number from the column labeled Prompt Number that is highlighted red. The prompt number is not the same as the row number, which changes depending on what search filter you've applied and because Sam!Mod can't count and skipped a number somewhere in the 100s.
And that's all! :D We're very excited to see what comes of the prompts already claimed and there are still fabulous ones left for the taking!
