Such a wonderful missing moment! I love this! I had never even thought about lamps being something Hermione would miss . . . I'm glad Hermione and Justin connected and encouraged each other. You have so many great lines in here, too, but if I try to list them, I'll be late for work. ;) Thank you for such a fun, original, and well-written story! :D

OMG STOP! I absolutely LOVE could be canon stories, and this totally blew my mind in all of the best ways! Its refreshing to read when they are younger, and I felt like I was diving back into the magical world for the first time. This was splendid! SO MUCH SO!

You have so many great lines throughout, but I laughed loudly at the:
“Because when a seven-year-old messes up his spelling, you make him solve a quadratic equation before he can have an eraser.”

I love how enthusiastic you made them both and really placed you at that table in the library right alongside with them. Thank you so much for this!

This was lovely! There's so much untapped potential between Justin and Hermione, and you made a fantastic story out of it while spelling out what it really means to be thrown into a new world that doesn't really care where you came from.

Loved, loved, loved this to pieces!!! Two Muggle-Born first years studying in the library (each all by themselves) bonding over the things they used to take for granted! I always assumed I would miss pens, but never thought of the difficulty of taking notes and keeping organized with parchment! And no highlighters now that I think of it. Ack!

This was just precious. I loved how Justin mentally pumps himself up with his perseverance and Eton-ness, but then kind of gets embarrassed when Hermione is impressed by the mention. I love how they still have a connection at the end of the story, even though they haven't spoken again. This fic made me smile. :)

This!
Okay firstly the plot is amazing because it’s so freaking true! Every frustration they both face I thought about when I re-read the books,
I never thought of them before, but I actually freaking love the idea of them both and I need more now! They get one another more than most!!! And you wrote them so well!!
