The VCU library has installed a digital sender - all it does is scan in a document and emails it. You can't edit or anything but it's great anyway. Except that you can only scan in computer paper size or smaller. Actually, you can't do anything longer than 11" on the copier either, which created lots of problems. Well anyway I finally got my croquis (fashion figures) scanned in and on my computer, which means I can move along with rendering them. So far, I've figured out how to make felted wools (like cashmeres, kerseys, and Saxony), wool crepe, leather, tweed, and alligator on Photoshop. Unfortunately, out of all of those, all I need for this project are leather and felted wools. I still have to figure out silks and cottons.
