Weight loss diary:
before spring break, -6 lbs
after spring break, +6 lbs
04/12, -1 lb
today, -4 lbs
I'm not sure how I lost another four pounds, since I haven't exercised; I've been so busy. I guess I just haven't been eating so badly. I don't see those 5 lbs gone though - I mean I literally see no difference right now. But the scale says so, so I guess it must be right.
