Where: Uh...someplace that obtains the detailed requirements?
Rating: At least PG-13 I'm sure.
Friday night, the government has rounded up each individual that obtain a known ability and situated them in a rather large area. It did not matter if they needed to attend work, go to school, or if they had created other plans; their presence was not optional. The area stood with grey, old walls and white tiled floors. Seats aligned across those walls, and it was swarming with guards. It was made evident that trusting in these people to be civil was absent. It was an experiment to witness how they react to each other; if each ability connects or sparks another ability. It was also to test if they were an actual danger to each other, and the people around them. Security cameras were pinned on the upper corners of the ceiling, watching each and every move.
But hey, why not just ignore the security guards, cameras, and walls that made it look like a prison and just call this a party, yes?
