I think because it's not quite as ...simple as the one Kazuki has with Juubei, if only because Toshiki seems so much more arrogant, so the lengths he's willing to lower himself to for Kazuki makes for some interesting food for thought.

Thanks for reading! Yeah, the relationship between Kazuki and Toshiki is different. For someone so arrogant, as you say, to not only be okay with following someone else and all... it really does speak of what kind of encounter they must have had, when they first met.
