Thrush. I believe it is a kind of apple. Or maybe a tomato. Definitely a produce of some sort. Thrush. What a fucking word. Drips off the tongue like someone else's saliva. Thrush. Like...hush...and thrash. Like thrust. and rush. like so many things. A word that takes me by the ankles and heaves me high...dangling to and fro. Hither and thither.

I was just going to tell you thrush is, amoung perhaps other things, a bird. They look common but I've never seen one, which is interesting. I've seen many birds.
