Isolde is pacing outside Lily's dorm room door, and it's rather late at night. She fidgets nervously because slowly opening the door and walking toward Lily's bed and gently shaking her awake.

Lily? I really need to talk to you. Please wake up.

*sits up and whispers* What's up? Want to go down to the common room?

*looks at her sleepy dorm mates* Yeah.

*onces theres Isolde doesn't say anything just bites her nails nervously*

*gently* Izzy. You woke me up at two in the morning. What's the matter?

*finally looks at her* I care what Hugo thinks of me.

I was a wreck in front of your uncle.

Ugh.. *runs a hand through hair8 where did this come from?

Oh, Izzy. *sighs, smiles* You like him?

I'm sure Uncle Ron doesn't think badly of you. He was far more ridiculous when he was interested in Aunt Hermione than you are at any time.

*shrugs* You can't help the way you feel, and don't I know it...

But, Lily, I'm always going on about how you should care what people think, lately I'm just a mess around your cousin. It was so much easier when I only thought of him a s a friend.

*smiles sadly* Sometimes love changes the way you think. It doesn't really follow rules. You can't control your hormones.

I'll help you as best as I can. I can try to do some reconnaisance work and get an idea of what Hugo thinks. Discreetly, of course. *knowing smile*

Well, that's something. Hugo's not terribly chatty, especially about girls. Mostly because Aunt Hermione and Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione wouldn't stop asking questions. They mean well enough, but they can get a bit nosy. *grins* It's the Weasley way.

It's no trouble at all. *rubs eye* Are you headed to bed now?
