Help me with my absentee ballot!!! (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
Does anyone know anything about democratic vs. green party candidates for: attorney general, auditor general or state treasurer? I haven't been able to find useful information about these more minor races. Also, about the Philadelphia ballot question (Should the city of Philadelphia borrow $76,251,010 for and toward: Transit; Streets and Sanitation; Municipal Buildings; Parks, Recreation and Museums and; Economic and Community Development?) - these sound like good things to support, but i have no idea what the long term implications of borrowing $76 million are.
