[The face on the video feed is calm and collected, and the voice is professional but friendly. There is very little personality apparent in either.]

Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Ingrid Grimmholtz. I arrived here about a week ago. I have been working with Professor Hastings since that time, and I have a few questions for all of you about your arrival here. We're trying to find a pattern which will hopefully give us some insight into how and why we are being brought here. The questionnaire is only about six questions long, though if any of you would be willing to answer a few additional questions about those who have gone home, that would add to our research greatly.

Thank you in advance for your participation, and if we come to any conclusions based on the data we collect, we will be sure to let you all know. If any of you would prefer to take the questionnaire over the voice function, that is perfectly fine. Depending on your answers, I may have some follow up questions, but those will probably be for clarification's sake only.

[Below is a set of questions written in a neat hand:]

Time and date of arrival in Luceti:
Location of arrival in Luceti:
Circumstances of arrival in Luceti (please be as specific as you can):
Time and date of departure in respective world:
Location of departure in respective world:
Circumstances of departure in respective world (please be as specific as you can):

((OOC: I am perfectly fine with any handwaved questionnaires, but I think it would be fun to get some actual data. Feel free to have your character ask questions about the survey, fill it out seriously or as a joke, troll Ingrid for being a weirdo, etc. She would love to gather data on people who have already left, so you veterans might be getting some extra questions. Any unclear answers will, indeed, be getting follow up questions. Have fun with this!))
