1) What is your name? mark (nicks: lucifer, prayamara, crazy person) 2) How old are you? 36 (yeah, i know, i'm ancient. but let me tell you... back in my days we didn't have any newfangled fancy schmancy things like the sun. we had a guy with a lightbulb who walked over the village on a highwire during the day. and if he fell off... it was just Night, and that's all there was to it.) 3) Where in the world do you call your home? (the horrible south of the united states, surrounded by hicks and animal molesters, in a bunker) 4) What makes you happy? (uhm. thinking. thought revelations. music that fits the mood when i didn't expect it to. a good book. fiona apple fantasies) 5) What makes you sad? (love. life. the existance of the universe) 6) How often do you update? (well. this is a fairly new lj for me. usually i'd do about 1-4 times a day. but i seem to post once every three days or so on this one. not used to it yet. don't know anyone really) 7) Do people who update 2459874587 times a day annoy you? nah. 8) Favourite band? the smashing pumpkins (nirvana, beatles (mostly john lennon's), foo fighters, old radiohead, guys on the corner playing imaginary instruments and yelling at the sky) 9) Favourite book? oh. wow. you're asking a person who is presently sitting in his bedroom... with 4 HUGE bookcases surrounding him, with each shelf stacked up to 3 rows deep and 2 rows high... along with a few tiny bookshelves, books in the floor, in the closet, and the "to read now" stuff on a table in the living room. almost impossible to say. so this is by mood and would change depending on what hour of the day it is: fight club (palahniuk), the power of myth (campbell), invisible monsters (palahniuk), the art of dreaming (castaneda), anything terry pratchett or robert jordan or douglas adams, mammoth hunters (auel) etc. on and on forever. 10) Favourite film? i'm picky with films. but again, hard to pick a fave: Ghost World, Amelie, Starship Troopers, the Truman Show, Pulp Fiction, Mulholland Drive, Spun, Requiem for a Dream, Groundhog Day, Contact, Blazing Saddles, K-Pax, and maybe the Royal Tennenbaums or Fight Club.
