i know, it makes me so sad.
i never got to see it, but i wish i could have.
it's like, something i never thought would happen. just something i thought would always be there.
i mean, RENT's such a broadway revolution, i thought it would be a permanent staple there.

I saw RENT here and it was AMAZING. That's what makes me even more sad. I never thought it would close on broadway, really, it wasn't even a choice in my mind :(

well, i need to talk to mr.gagnon at some point, i've never had him for a teacher but he does all the music for the musicals and i want to talk to him about what i can do to improve my voice before i go for it. i mean, i've never had any voice lessons and i've been in like a play and a musical as far as experience goes, but i know i'm an amazing actor and i have the potential to be an amazing singer, so if they turn me down they'd be at a loss. and i've got the passion behind it, too.
would you come see meeeeeeeee? hahahaha.

this is very rare, actually, this confidence. i'm trying to just say it over and over and over again until i believe it. :] i've been saying it all day.

That's the way to go. I should start doing that, I think it would help lots.
I don't go to auditions for that same reason. I think I'm either too fat, too ugly, do not sing/act/dance well, etc. But then again, what do I got to lose? Haha.

haha, me too. i'm doing a video audition, though. but i'm going to hit up the gym and learn to read music before i set it up. so, hopefully, i'll improve some. again, little experience, no voice lessons ever, blah blah blah, baby jesus hates me, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah!

I've never had particular lessons, but I've had group Musical Theater lessons. Which I love and look forward to every week. I just love musicals, haha.
