I feel compelled to share the glowing emails I got from client and company owner :-D Go me.

The first message below is from the owner of AIDC :-D The second one is the one Rebecca wrote to her, and the furthest one down is from the marketing coordinator of said biggest publisher.

Meredith:

I couldnt agree with Rebecca more this is a stellar testament to the level of service youre providing. All aspects are just what they should be daily processing thats accurate and timely, prompt return contact when messages are left, thorough answers simply doing all each task involves with professionalism and positive demeanor. Thanks for being a top-notch CSR!

Ive been in frequent contact with Meredith via email for the last two months as she has been helping me get comp books out to reviewers, etc. Throughout our email correspondence she has been extremely prompt in fulfilling my requests as well as friendly. Today, I had a special request for Meredith. I needed some questions answered before I could move ahead with a project that Im working on. Not only did Meredith return my phone call immediately, but when we were unable to discuss my questions on the phone she proceeded to email me the answers. The answers she provided were comprehensive and very clear.

Michelle Norell is awesome. I SO never saw that e-mail coming! I was genuinely surprised when Rebecca told me that Michelle had e-mailed her about me.A sweet end to the week, indeed. That's yet another bonus on my check. This will be the first client compliment, but the fifth over-all bonus on my check, that I've received since March.
