It has been a very fast 6 months since the last time I updated (I know I said I'll be active but sleeping + other reality stuff > blogging). Well, there's not much to update since I'm not doing any of my resolutions. Boo.
Dancing:
I'm learning a new traditional Korean dance so...
Yoga:
The only relaxing yoga-ish thing I do is sleeping.
Knitting:
NADA.
Instead of my resolutions, I'm learning how to play the Korean flute called Danso. I've been to 2 classes so far and know 3 songs. I actually enrolled to strengthen my lungs. Hopefully it helps.
I need to look for an exercise regime that won't make me too tired, will let me be awake at work and have enough time to sleep. Pinterest has a lot of boards with these and I have saved some so I'll take a look those soon.
