My contributions to the ID session yesterday. I so enjoyed myself. I only managed two before I had to leave. One is from the Butterflyverse and the other one is a Star Wars.
Little Brother
renew, earlier, congestion, deliberately
Renewing her resolve, Ela worked her way through the heavy congestion of Minas Tirith. Unused to such vast crowds, she was becoming panicked. Stopping to take her bearings, she chanced to glance up a level. There, standing on a promontory was King Elesar.
Ela forgot her earlier confusion and strode up the hill to the next level. Deliberately making her way towards the edge, she stood on her tiptoes, reaching up to touch the king’s head.
Ruffling the hair of the taller and older looking man, she said, “Hello, little brother,” ignoring the grins of Elladan and Elrohir and Arwen.

deprives, exceptions, boundaries, chicken
The Chancellor looked from Luke to Lissete. He could not quite believe his ears. There are some boundaries that should not be crossed. Hurrumping, he stated, quite adamantly, “Jedi do not wed!”
“Well, there are exceptions,” said Leia.
Not wishing to deprive herself the chance at a joke, Lissete’s eyes got large as she asked, “Then where do little Jedi come from?” She glanced at Leia’s swollen belly.
Luke and Leia tried to contain their laughter. At the Chancellor’s red face, Luke remembered something important that needed done.
“Chicken,” said Leia, under her breath as he and Lissete waltzed away.
