First Post
This is my first post on my lovely livejournal. After spending a very long time being quite the lurker, and trying (a few times, unsuccessfully) to get going on LJ, here I am in what is a strong-willed attempt to become a livejournal-er or whatever you'd like to call it.
The plan would be to join some communities in things I'm interested in, and probably try to finish a piece of writing or something so I can post it. This should help me to make friends and thus become involved in the LJ community. Beware that I'm quite tired at this very moment, so while I'm aware that the above plan sounded extremely silly, I'm not very inclined to alter it.
Anyway, I guess introductions could be called for. My name is Ellen and I'm a fairly young female living in Australia. I will officially be a film student once uni starts up in March which is awesome. Seeing as I have LJ fanfiction aspirations, it would be relevant to point out that my current obsession is Bones, which is the only show I have ever been able to love as much as my first major tv-love, Crossing Jordan. I'm very much a B/B shipper, they are just incredibly... incredible.
So, if I manage to make LJ progress within a month or so, and by that I mean posting regularly enough, commenting and all that stuff, then maybe I will be convinced to invest in a paid account.
...and if anyone has actually read this, please say hi or something, it will make my day =)
