Seriously. Can't people just put WARNINGS in their lj-cuts??? If I WANTED to see spoilery things I would click on all the "CLICK ME I'M SPOILERY" links. But I don't want to. So I don't click. Don't freaking trick me.
Ok that's a fairly angsty rant right there but the message remains. I would like my "first time" of that image to be when it's on my tv, and to continue with the sex metaphor, forcing this image upon me without my consent is pretty much rape as far as the fandom world is concerned. So don't freaking assault me, OK?
So that's it. I'm not looking at any more icon posts. Because I can't trust ANYONE apparently to remember that not everyone looks at promo pics. Besides, I like my "trust me" icon and will be using it until such time as it is no longer from the most recently aired episode.
