Kate Winslet and her habit of being fantabulous

I have come to realise that Kate Winslet has been doing such awesome stuff recently. While I'm not a fan of hers by default, lately she's just kept on choosing great movies and doing a superb job in them, and I'm liking her more and more. I loved Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Revolutionary Road was just amazing (seeing it again on Friday!) and while I haven't yet seen The Reader, I simply cannot wait to see it, and shall be seeing it on Monday. I watched At The Movies with David and Margaret (Australian movie review show) for the first time in ages, and they both gave The Reader high stars (David gave 4, Margaret gave 4.5). Not that I'd be deterred if they hadn't, I stopped letting their opinions influence my own ever since Margaret slammed Inland Empire.

Anyhow, here's to hoping for a Oscar for Kate!
