Ok Now on another note...(this is on a different topic than Pearl's last entry)
I have been considering doing a Gift Giving Extravaganza for the Holiday Season for a while now but I am not sure if people would actually participate. Gift Giving is usually very common in land communities, but i haven't really seen one in a normal Icon community, but i thought it would be a fun Holiday activity.
How it works:
1. Fill out the information with some likes in fandom/stock
2. Comment with your information to this post.
3. Make gifts for people according to their likes.
4. Gifts can be whatever you like - fic, icons, wallpapers, gifs, recs, songs, mini-mix, drawings, etc.
5. Promote this in your journal/community to help spread the word. (more people more gifts for all!)
It doesn't matter you're experience in any of these have fun with it try something new!
basic all you do is comment with your info, then make a gift for others who have left a comment, and give it to them in a reply comment.
It is a fun activity for all to do! If we decide to do this, i would promote it as much as possible at other communities to get other people involved so hopefully there would be a wide range of fandoms and gift givers!
