(no subject)
My life right now:
Skipped school today because I was running way low on sleep. That and I just could not handle another day of Precalc class. My teacher finds it acceptable to act like a complete a hole at will. If you ask a question in class, she'll simply stare at you and painfully go through the problem over again. She's intimidating to most people, but I just don't like her. I think she knows this. I skipped her class last week to go to a "band lesson" just because I was going nearly insane. Whatever. I'll get all the work when I go back XD.
I had a dream last night that I was at All County try-outs for band. Every year our county holds this solo festival for musicians and you have to prepare a piece of music to perform in front of a judge. If you do well, you get into the band. I've been doing this ever since the 5th grade and have made it every year on flute- buuut, my dream showed otherwise XD. I guess I hadn't practiced my music at all, and I was completely late to my audition time, plus the judge gave me an extremely difficult sight-reading piece. I woke up so nervous O_O. I thought it had actually happened until I got downstairs and realized my flute was still at school. I hate dreams like that. Unless they actually end good.
I have done absolutely nothing all day. I want to go for a walk, but I can't leave the house unless I WANT TO GET SHOT. Okay so I'm being overdramatic, but I'm paranoid someone would see me O_O.

1. south (i have developed a new obsession)
2. angels & airwaves (there's something about them; maybe the whole fact of their singer sounding like tom delonge from blink 182)
3. silversun pickups
4. U2 (they've been on my list for forever)
5. iggy pop
6. imogen heap (so I'm not sure if you'd consider her a band)
7. arcade fire possibly, i think it's the type of thing i'll listen too while i'm studying, but not when i'm like 'AHH i just want to LISTEN.'
8. pavement they remind of the perfect music that plays in your head the moment you wake up. i'm talking drool still touching the pillow, hair is sticking in every direction, the sun is shining in your face and the covers are wrapped around your legs in an uncomfortable way and you don't know where you're at kind of music.
