50 rounds? That's very awesome. IRL has pretty much swallowed me whole, but I'm really glad you were there to continue this great community. It sounds like you, the mods, and the entrants had quite an adventure! Congratulations to all. I'll have to page through the shiny, shiny icons sometime soon.
Thank you so so much for all the mods! This was a great community, I participated in a few rounds and the inspirations helped me learn and grow a lot as an icon maker.
This comm means so much to me. As a maker, it inspired me to grow and work past my technical limitations. As a mod, it was a blast. I loved brainstorming with you guys, hunting for inspirations and seeing the wonderful results we got. I'm lucky I got to be a part of the team, and when I wasn't I got to be in awe of the creativity and storytelling power of the themes you came up with! Insp20 was never afraid to go for bold, complex, conceptual challenges, and I loved that. :)
So I'd like to join you and Kelly in saying thanks to all the lovely, amazing mods and well done to all the participants, you guys made us go 'wow' every month. But really, this comm wouldn't have made it to round 50 without you Caryn, and you deserve a round of applause. ♥
This makes me sad, but I understand how hard it must have been do do this every month.
But I have used some of the inspiration prompts for wallpapers that I make. :)
And I loved it because it pushed me to try new things with icons. (Even though I prefer to work with bigger canvases like wallpapers) Thanks to everyone who helped to make this community happen!!
