I think crushes can be the most innocent things on this earth minus new born children. The word has two separate meanings one with a lower connotation but I prefer to not use that one. I think the song Crush by Gavin Degraw defines life as is. Right now

It depends on how you react to the crush. I truly believe that it's up to the person who has the crush and how they decide to act on it.

Well... I don't know. A crush begins innocent but, could end up CRUSHING everyone around you.

P.S. I love that a crush is called a crush. Because in the end someone's heart sure does get crushed.
