Today was awful. Really horrible, and I only know the half of it! Rhys Spencer was being his usual nasty self but this time his bullying and taunting ending in bloodshed. Merry insists that Mona was standing up for herself and she is right, a little bit, but there has to be some other non-violent way of dealing with people like that. We always tell him to go away, whenever he and his friends come over, and maybe he will keep away after this, but maybe it will just get worse and worse.
This whole school needs to learn how to deal with things peacefully... Otherwise... otherwise... Well... We've seen what can happen, can't we?
Merry and Mona were sent to the Head's office but I, as an onlooker, was interviewed first, and then sent back to class, because the bell had rung by then. I have one afternoon of detention, for "allowing it to get out of control", which I assure everyone isn't true, because everything happened fast as lightning. But one afternoon is not a lot. The other two have been suspended, but I don't know for how long because I haven't been able to see them, Merry has been banned from the phone and I don't know Mona's home number. Mona, if you're allowed internet, will you email me?
Merry, when you sneak out in the middle of the night to check your email, let me know what happened in there?
