Birkin's still running on Windows '98 so hack away unless another character has locked it for him. And I can't see Austria being able to lock anything too well so same thing goes for him.

Edit: Oh, right, I actually have a third character that I totally forgot about. Go me. Krauser's much better with computers but if I mention that it's hackable or the like, go nuts.

Crocker, Ash, James fail at locking, or rather not that greatest at it. Though Crock head is going to start getting better as he will have help.

Maxwell is working on a computer from the 1960's XD. So, yarr.

Jack's are extremely hard so yeah ^^ Not much luck there.

I usually write whether or not a lock is [Hackable]. If I write that on a locked post, you can feel safe to assume Russia can Hack it. :)

Corinthian, Richard, Pollution and Pele are all perfectly hackable if he ever sees anything of interest, unless they're noted otherwise~ And I totally need to play with Ivan more when I get back.
