I broke from the anime when the fillers got ridic... but from what I hear, yeah, they only stuck until the Indian arc, then went full filler till the end.

Y- Yeah, I... hmm. I recommend it up until the end of the Jack the Ripper arc. Which is like... ep. 7, lol. After that, it jumps in to filler, comes briefly back for the Indian Arc (but the arc end is changed... to accommodate filler), but then just goes straight back to filler till the end, so. Not loving the filler arc's plot/characters/characterization, lol.
